Called Russell late in the afternoon after learning we had little/no running water in the house. He came out the next morning, and spent time identifying all potential issues. I had a leak into the basement of my home. Two other plumbers could not find the source. Russ arrived on time and quickly located the problem. He repaired the leak with minimal damage to the access point. Russ was efficient and very professional. I highly recommend his services.

We used Culpeper Home services to replace our leaking water service. It was a great experience. We had several plumbers come out to look at the job and everyone wanted to tear up our new driveway we just had put in recently to install the new pipe. Russell came out and assessed our situation and recommended a directional boring method to save our driveway. We are very fortunate to have Russell Furr from Culpeper Home Services as our Master Plumber. Today he installed new pipes/valves for our new kitchen sink, installed our new faucet, reverse osmosis tap and garbage disposal. Had an awesome experience having 2 toilets replaced in our home. Russell came the day following my call for service. He and his attendant were very polite and respectful. I'm selling my house and the buyer's inspector identified a few items that needed to be looked at and repaired. I received an immediate response after posting a request for service on CHS' Web site, and they called me on a Sunday to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. Russel showed up right on time, and he quickly looked at the issues and fixed them on the spot. He wrote up a report for my home buyer before he left my house. I am very pleased with Culpeper Home Services, they are very professional, timely, courteous, and certainly trustworthy. I will keep their number on hand in case I need them in the future.

The representative showed up on time (on a Saturday); was extremely professional and engaging; identified the problem and quickly made repairs. As with all plumping companies and charges related to their work, you may feel that the cost is outrageous. I thought the price was steep but would say without hesitation, since they are all so expensive, if you're going to pay that much, it should be done by a reliable company. I would recommend their work.

I contacted Mr.Furr for assistance with my hot water heater. He confirmed I was in need of a replacement. His quote was very fair, and he was very flexible in scheduling a day to complete the work. He and his team arrived on time, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They removed all of the old equipment, and left the area very clean. Russell is by far the best at his trade. I unknowingly hired a bunch of amateurs to remove galvanized pipe almost 100 years old from my farm house. They made a complete mess of it, so much so I had to get rid of them before the job was finished. Russell came in and professionally finished the job, was very thorough, left the area spotless and most of all loved our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Reagan. Quick response and quicker work! Russell and John came out to replace my well pressure tank that had Exploded! Everything was destroyed, the tank, brass tee, pressure switch and all. They pointed out the old tank was installed improperly with no shutoff valve or pressure relief. In less than an hour they had removed the damaged tank and installed the new one properly and now we have water again. Great job and a very professional and efficient crew!

He also went the extra mile and checked my crawl space for pipe integrity on a hot day, with no additional fee other than the base cost of the visit. Plumber Russell Fur was a very professional and efficient worker. He came in to replace our dishwasher valve and adjust some kitchen sink pipes, and offered while he was here to check our water heater and water pressure for us.
