We called Culpeper Home Services about some of our electrical sockets that had stopped working in our bathrooms. They had Donnie come out the very next day. He is their master electrician. He immediately figured out the problem, set a very reasonable price and then went straight to work. Jason and Chase did a great job installing a new water heater for me yesterday! I called Culpeper Home Services for an estimate on a re-pipe that I thought I needed due to age and type of my home - and rather than quoting me on said problem (as many other plumbers already had!!) Jason gave me an honest answer (I did not have failing plumbing throughout my house, just a slow leak around the water heater due to age of the appliance!) and he and Chase installed a new one in the same day! Culpeper home services was absolutely amazing professionals. The lady's in the office were so kind, understanding and helpful. The service member who was a plumber that came to our house was unbelievably knowledgeable and was able to answer any question we had and went above and beyond to find the root of our problem. He sat down and gave us options of repairs to help with price. Financing is available. The company gave us text updates with appointment information as well as a picture of our technician. Culpeper Home Services installed a water filtration system to help with iron in our well water. It has now been in operation for 10 days and is working very well. First, let me start off by saying that Kristy, the receptionist, is an awesome, bubbly, and very helpful person. Her personality, manners, and cheery spirit really impressed me as soon as she answered the phone. It is very telling about a business when there is staff that are willing to go above and beyond for the customer. I can tell she enjoys working there and that the organizational climate at Culpeper Home Services is positive and all about customer service. Finally, Russell, the master plumber, was amazing. He came to my house to help me locate a leak that has been causing our water bill to be extremely high each month. Although we were not able to find a specific leak, he did offer his recommendations as to what could be causing high water usage. We narrowed it down to the water softener system and he advised for me to keep an eye on my water bill during the next 2 months and let him know. Russell was full of class, attentive to my concerns, and extremely diligent in combing through all my home's pipes and water sources. He took the time to explain to me various things in my home and you can tell he really cares about his customers. I even forgot to ask him something after he left and he drove back to talk to me some more! You are going to be well taken care of with Culpeper Home Services and I fully recommend this company! I will always call them for any of my home needs!

Woke up on a weekend day with no water pressure in the house, and immediately searched for a plumber in the area - found they had excellent reviews. When I called, a person answered the call, and from the start I felt I had someone who actually cared about helping us. I agreed to the price and they promptly set to work. They replaced a toilet I had with a new toilet I had already purchased. The work was done quickly and they were respectful of my home. The representative showed up on time (on a Saturday); was extremely professional and engaging; identified the problem and quickly made repairs. As with all plumping companies and charges related to their work, you may feel that the cost is outrageous. I thought the price was steep but would say without hesitation, since they are all so expensive, if you're going to pay that much, it should be done by a reliable company. I would recommend their work.

Russell is by far the best at his trade. I unknowingly hired a bunch of amateurs to remove galvanized pipe almost 100 years old from my farm house. They made a complete mess of it, so much so I had to get rid of them before the job was finished. Quick response and quicker work! Russell and John came out to replace my well pressure tank that had Exploded! Everything was destroyed, the tank, brass tee, pressure switch and all. They pointed out the old tank was installed improperly with no shutoff valve or pressure relief. In less than an hour they had removed the damaged tank and installed the new one properly and now we have water again. Great job and a very professional and efficient crew!
